About The 12 Month Plan

You will receive a 12-month fixed price for electric generation service measured in cents per kilowatt-hour plus all applicable taxes from the Effective Date through the meter read date 12 months after the Effective Date. 

Estimated Start Date will be the later of: 1) the meter read following expiration of your current agreement; or 2) your next meter read cycle.


Your selected plan will include:

A fixed price of 7.99 ¢/kWh beginning on your first meter read date after successful enroll.
The electricity supply service includes renewable energy certificates sourced from wind power generators within the United States in an amount equal to 100% of the Accounts' usage, in addition to the mandatory renewable portfolio standard requirements for the state in which the Accounts are located, during the term of this Agreement. §
A 90-day satisfaction guarantee that gives you the ability to cancel your contract during the 90-day period without an early termination fee.†

†Guarantee Period. You may terminate this Contract without incurring an early termination fee during the 90 days following your enrollment date (the Guarantee Period) by notifying us in writing or by calling our customer care center at 1-855-465-1244. Upon your termination during the Guarantee Period, we will return you to being supplied by the Utility at your next available meter read date and you will remain responsible for payment for electricity and related costs and charges incurred under this Contract through such meter read date.
